200-acre park serviced by utilities and located on Eau Claire's
northwest side. Only a few commercial and industrial sites are
still available in this well-established park.

Gateway Northwest ▲The Gateway Northwest Business Park is Eau
Claire's youngest park. Adjacent to Gateway West, it encompasses
530 acres serviced by utilities with a portion of acreage set
aside for hi-tech companies. This park is home to the Chippewa
Valley Technical College – Manufacturing Technology Center, an
excellent resource for area manufacturers.

Sky Park ▲Located on Eau Claire's south side, Sky

northeast side. It is the most established park in Eau Claire
